Admins can send a note on a document at any time but it's most useful during compliance review.

Click on the name of the loop to open the loop.

Select the document that you need to add a note to. You can add a note to a document that you're reviewing or at any point.

Click on the Add a Note button.

Click anywhere on the document to add your note. You can drag the marker if you need to move your note.

Before typing your note you may need to add people to the note. The agent that submitted the documents for review will automatically be tagged. Use the @ symbol to tag additional loop participants that have full access (admins and team members).

Type your note.

Click Post to send your note and apply it to the document. You can keep scrolling through the same document or select another document to add a note.
The agent and anyone else that was tagged will be emailed about the note.
Agents can reply to notes that are added to their documents by admins. Admins can also reply to notes if necessary.

Click on the name of the loop to open the loop.

To view the notes for that document click on the notes icon.

You can look at the first note, view all, or use the arrows to look through the notes. From here you can reply to the note or open the document to make the suggested change and submit for review again.

Start typing a replay. You can use the @ symbol to tag other loop participants that have full access.

Click reply to send the note.
Once a note has been acknowledged or is no longer relevant you can mark as resolved.

Click on the name of the loop to open the loop.

To view the notes for that document click on the notes icon.

Click on the note to select the note

Click on Mark as Resolved. Now you can use the 'All Notes' dropdown to filter between Active and Resolved notes.
