Submitting your loops for compliance review to your broker or admin can be accomplished in just a few easy steps.

Click on the name of the loop to open the loop.

Use the checkbox next to the folder to select the folder(s) you need to submit for Review.

Click on Submit for Review
NOTE: you can only submit entire folders for review, but any approved documents will not be submitted.

If your office has multiple workflows you can use the dropdown to select the correct workflow for the folder you are submitting.
Loops that have a loop template applied will already have a workflow selected.
NOTE: Depending on how your office or team is set up you may need to also select the “office” that you’re submitting to. This will be an additional dropdown.

If your office or team has required fields that have not been filled out yet then you will be prompted to do so now. Depending on the information required and if you’ve already completed the fields you may not see this step.

This step is optional but if you need to add any information you can type a note here.
NOTE: Notes sent during submit for review will also be visible in the Activity Log.

In either your main loop view, or the view details page of a loop, click the Submit for Review link at the top of the page.
Now it's time for your admin(s) to review your documents. You will receive an email once your documents have been reviewed.
