If your admin has created Share Routing Templates this article will show you how to use them when you share documents.
Using a Share Routing Template
Click on the loop name to open the loop you need to share documents from.
Click on the document name to select one document.
If you need to share multiple documents, use the checkboxes to the left to select multiple documents.
If you are sharing one document use the overflow icon to see the option to Share.
If you. have selected multiple documents click the Share button.
Share routing templates are created by the admin(s) for your team or office. Each template may have a description that will explain when or why you should use that particular template.
Ideally you will not have to modify the route. If you do, you can remove recipients, modify the private and group message, and reorder the route.
Click on the garbage can to remove a step or recipient in a step.
Click and hold on the drag handles to rearrange recipients.
Click on the pencil and paper to add or modify a private message for that recipient. There will also be a message box at the bottom for all recipients in the route.
You can also add a recipient if anyone is missing from the route.
If you chose the wrong share routing template you can remove it and select a different one.
Once your share route is in order, click the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: Double check that all people you want in this route are included and permissions are correct before clicking share.
