When you hit connect on the Dotloop action, the pop up appears requesting them to allow the
connection between RateMyAgent & Dotloop so that we can collect their unique key.
On collection of the unique keys, we will integrate these into our platform in order to receive
transactional data (including email and phone for buyers and sellers) so that we can automate
the sending of review requests.
On the left side, click on Get Reviews below Collect.
From the Get Reviews dropdown click on Automate.
To the right of Dotloop click Connect.
Click Approve the authorize RateMyAgent to access all profiles within your dotloop account.
Add your clients to your loop with their full name and email address.

RMA will receive client details via the dotloop integration.
NOTE: If RMA has not received seller/buyer details, an automatic Review Request will not be
sent and RMA will send an email to the agent letting them know.
RMA will queue a Review Request to be sent in 48 hours once the property has been
marked as sold (via Dotloop).
You will receive an email letting you know that the Review Request is queued to send. From this email you can cancel the Review Request.
NOTE: If a Review Request has already been sent manually, we will not send another request.
Once the review is completed by the buyer/seller, it will be live on RateMyAgent. This is
true of a recommended and not-recommended review.
