Within a loop you have the ability to view and compose notes to your admin(s) and to anyone else in the loop. as well as edit existing contacts. When you send or receive a note an email notification will be sent to the recipient and then communication can continue from there.

Tap on the name of the loop to open the loop you need to add or edit contacts in.

To get to the notes section of your loop tap on the paperclip icon in the top right corner.

Anyone that has been added to the loop will appear in the list as someone you can send a note to.
NOTE: If you would like to send a group message or send a note to a specific admin tap on ‘New’ in the top right hand corner. Then, you can select who you would like to send a note to.

Now you can type your message to your recipient(s).

Once your message has been typed, tap on ‘Send’ in the bottom right corner.

Replying to an email notification
To complete these steps we used Gmail but you can use any email provider to reply to a notes notifcation.

Type in your message just like you’re typing an email.

Send your message as an email. Now the recipient will receive an email notification that they can respond to and the message will also be logged in dotloop.
