Copying documents can be useful to move a document from one loop to another. In some situations, you can copy documents into your Templates as well.

Tap on the name of the loop that you need to share documents from.

To get to the documents section of the loop, tap on Docs at the top of your screen.

You can copy one document or multiple documents at a time.
To copy one document tap on ‘Copy’ in blue.
To copy multiple documents tap on the empty circle on the document image. Once you have all of the documents selected tap on ‘Copy’ at the bottom.

You are able to copy the document(s) to a loop, to your templates, or to a new loop. You also have the option to ‘Copy as Flat PDF’, with this selection the copy will not be interactive.
Note: If you are copying to your templates you will only be able to copy into a folder that you have created.

Depending on where you decide to copy the document(s) you will need to choose a loop, a template folder, or name your new loop.
Now you will have the copy of the document where you need it to be.
