If you receive a new email address you will need to update the email address that’s associated with your dotloop account. This will ensure that all of your dotloop notifications are being delivered to the correct email address.
Sign in to the account that you need to change the email address for.
Click on the dropdown arrow in the top right corner.
Navigate to your My Account section.
Under your first and last name you will see the email address that’s currently associated with your dotloop account. Click on the field and then backspace this email address and type in your new one.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
NOTE: If you receive the error "Email address already in use" use THIS ARTICLE to update your email address.
Navigate to the icon at the top right of your screen, this might be your initials or your photo, and then click on 'SIGN OUT'.
Open up the email inbox that is associated with your new email address. You will see Gmail as our example.
You will have an email from dotloop with the subject line “Verify your identity”. Open that email.
Within the email, click on the Verify Email button.
