You can split or rotate a PDF once it’s uploaded into a loop. This means that you do not have to rescan the documents or ask the other agent to resend. You will want to make sure that you split or rotate your PDF before you add any interactive fields.
Step 1: Upload your PDF to the loop


Click on the document to open.

You have a few different options when it comes to rotating a document. Rotate Page will rotate the current page right or left. If the entire document needs to be rotated then you will want to choose Rotate File.

Clicking on Split Document in the File dropdown will open a window that allows you to customize the split.

Click on the dropdown to the right of “Split Document In” to designate how many documents will result from the split. You will be able to split into as many documents as there are pages in the document.
Example: If you have a seven page document that contains a contract, lead based paint disclosure and a seller’s property disclosure then you will choose to split your document into three.

On the right hand side of the window you will need to set the page numbers for each document. You can scroll through your document while you have this window open to set your page numbers.
Example: If your first document is only one page then you would set the page numbers at 1 to 1. If your second document is four pages then you would set the page numbers as 2 to 5.

On the left hand side of the window you can name each document. You can do this while you’re setting page numbers or after you have them selected.
Click on Split Document to confirm your selection.
