To Make an Offer on a listing in dotloop, you must first link to a dotloop listing. See this article to learn how. Once your loops are linked, the listing agent will be added to your loop and you to theirs for sharing. Your privacy is important to us, only your name and email will be added to their loop - no documents will be visible until shared. Dotloop will autofill all listing information available straight to the View Details section for use in your documents. You are now ready to submit an offer. Follow the steps below:

Open a document by clicking the document title in the Documents section of the loop.
Using Interactive Documents

You may manually complete any remaining fields. Make sure to assign all signatures and initials to the correct people or roles.
Tip: You may go ahead and assign seller and listing agent roles to signatures if you wish, but do not include them in sharing until buyer signatures are received. Be sure to save often!

Autofill is disabled for documents that are not pulled from your Templates section, however you can save them as templates to set up for autofill in future loops. See more on creating templates here.
Tip: You may go ahead and assign seller and listing agent roles to signatures if you wish, but do not include them in sharing until buyer signatures are received. Be sure to save often!

Once you have received all client signatures, move on to Step 4.

Once your buyer(s) have signed the contract, open the document and verify that seller and listing agent initials and signatures are assigned. Make any adjustments to signatures as needed, but be careful not to edit any contract fields if no changes are required. Editing signed documents will require existing signatures to be wiped in order to protect the binding status and legality of the document.

Note: the listing agent will only be able to see and share documents that are shared to them.
