A Listing Agent who uses dotloop may use Easy Offer to create a public folder of typical disclosure and offer documents needed for a Buying Agent who does not use dotloop to easily review and submit an offer. If you are a Buying Agent who does not use dotloop, this link may appear in the MLS listing, or somewhere else shared by the Listing Agent. Follow these steps to learn how to submit your offer via this type of link.
Note: If you are a Buying Agent that already has a dotloop account and encounters a link from a Listing Agent, be sure to sign in and follow the steps this article instead!
Once clicked, you are taken to a dotloop page to view documents the Listing Agent has made public.
Clicking on any document will prompt you to sign up for an account. Signing up for an account is free and will enable you to view, sign, and submit documents on the listing.
Once you have created an account and accessed the Listing Agent’s documents, you can start preparing an offer one of two ways: using dotloop or your preferred method outside dotloop. Also, see below for more helpful articles on working with documents, signing, and sharing.
After creating an account and clicking on a document, enter as much information as possible in the autofill window and click the Autofill button at the bottom right corner of the window (make sure to scroll to the bottom).
Review & complete the documents, then share them with your clients for signing. For more information on how to set up your account and begin using dotloop, click here.
Outside of dotloop
If you would like to execute the contract documents using a preferred platform outside of dotloop, you may do so. From within the document view, click File located in the blue tool bar. Choose “Download” from the dropdown list to download the documents as PDFs.
Once the documents are fully complete, upload the finalized offer packet to the loop by clicking Add document next to the folder name in the loop view.
Once the finalized offer packet is in the loop, submit your offer to the Listing Agent by selecting all of the documents, clicking share, and sharing to the Listing Agent with Can Edit in Private sharing permissions.
