If your account is connected to your company or association, you may have access to interactive document templates. Interactive documents are documents that are already set up to be completed and signed in dotloop. You may also create your own templates to add into your loops (check out this article to learn more about creating templates link to templates article).
Open the desired loop and follow the steps below to learn more about adding templates to your loop.

Inside of a loop, Add Document is located to the far right of folder titles. You can add documents from Templates to any folder in the loop.

After clicking on Add Document, 3 blue boxes appear beneath the folder title. Click on the box to the left labeled ‘Templates’.

From the ‘Choose documents to add’ window, select the desired folder from the left column by clicking on the folder name.

Click in the box to the left of each document that you would like to add to the loop. You may add one or more documents from multiple folders. If you would like to add all the documents in a folder, click Select All.

Once you have chosen your documents, click Copy at the bottom-right of the window.

The ‘Creating documents...’ window shows the import progress of the selected documents. The window will reveal a green check mark for each document that is successfully imported. Click the Ok button when finished. Once imported, the document templates are ready to use.

Click on the Document name to open it, or click the Open it link in the yellow banner at the top of the page. Check out these articles to learn more about working with interactive documents and sharing:
