Template folders allow you to effectively organize your document templates. You can create folders based on the documents required for the sales type, brokerage, or frequently used state/association, for example.

Click on the first icon to the left of your profile photo/initials in the upper right hand corner. If you have multiple profiles, verify that you are in the correct profile in which you would like the folder to appear.

The New Folder link is located in the blue search bar, to the right of the page.

Name your folder by typing it into the “Folder Name” line in the Create a Folder window.
Note: You can rename the template folders you create by clicking the overflow icon next to the folder name in the left menu. Click the “Rename” option in the dropdown list to edit.

Your new folder will appear in the left sidebar under the Documents section and is now ready for adding documents.
To create multiple folders, repeat these steps.

Any document template folders that you create may be reordered. Click on a folder you created and drag it up or down in the list to the desired position.
Note: Your Personal and Inbox folders cannot be reordered and will always stay at the top of the list. Any folders provided by your company or association cannot be reordered and will stay at the bottom of the list.

To add documents to your new folder, click Add a Document to the right of the folder name. Two blue boxes will appear with the option to add a file from your other template folders or browse to add a file from your device. Learn more about adding files in this article.

Click on the white overflow icon (three vertical dots) in the blue bar next to +New Folder. A dropdown list appears with more folder options described below:
Download - Downloads all of the folder documents into a zipped folder on your device.
Delete - Deletes the folder - this CANNOT be undone.
Sort by Date Added - Sorts all folder documents by date added to the folder.
Sort by Alphabetical - Sorts all folder documents alphabetically by title.
Sort by Last Updated - Sorts all folder documents by date last updated.
