In your My Account section you can change your personal information, manage notification settings, and add or deactivate profiles.
Follow these steps to view and modify your Profiles:





Note: it is not required for you to fill out all four options here, as only some may be used in your region.



Note: if you are not receiving email notifications, check your junk or spam folder for the missing emails, and ensure to mark them to be removed from spam. More on notifications in this article.


Your default profile is the profile that will be automatically displayed after logging in. Click on the profile name you want to make default in the left column. Next, click the radio button next to "Make Default" under the Agent Details section. Simply click the radio again to remove the default setting.
