If you wish to share the contact information of one person to another when working on a transaction, you can do so by introducing them to one another through dotloop.
Navigate to your loop and follow these steps to introduce people in your loop.
From within the loop, find the People section.
If you have not yet added anyone to your loop, follow the instructions in this article.Note: make sure both people are added to your loop.
Select Introduce in the dropdown list that appears.
You can select one or more people within the loop and can add anyone in any role, except admin. You may add an introduction message as well. If the other contact is not in the people section of the loop, add them as a person first and then introduce them.
You receive a notification that your introduction email has been sent. This activity is noted in your Activity Log.
An email is sent to both the person that is being introduced and who you are introducing them to in the loop. If you added a custom message it will appear in the email as a message to those introduced. Both will have the options to click Reply within the email to communicate to each other or view the loop.
Note: This is irreversible, even if you remove a contact the introduction email and activity is still there. Removing someone from the loop will remove loop access from the introduction email.
