Trusted Service Providers are professionals in the real estate industry who provide services to your clients, such as lenders or moving services. This section of your account is where you can keep a list of the professionals you work with on a regular basis. Adding your Trusted Service Providers to a loop gives you the ability to connect your home buyers and sellers with the providers you trust and recommend. Once you have added providers in the People section of your account, you must add them to a loop to connect them with a client.

Local Service Providers is located beneath the Documents section.
Any categories you have added providers to in the People section appear here. Click on the appropriate category. If you do not see the service category you need, click the Manage My Service Providers link and follow the steps in this article.
Click the plus icon in the blue circle to select a provider. The icon will change to reveal a green circle with a check mark to indicate the selection.
This message is sent to the provider in the form of an email.
The provider is now added to the loop and ready for client introductions. They will appear as a contact in the People section of the loop.
Once they are added, you can begin sharing documents between you, your clients, and the Trusted Service Provider. To introduce a Trusted Service Provider to a client in your loop, follow the steps in this article.
