Step 1: Click the MarketPlace icon
On the Command homepage, click the MarketPlace icon located in the top black toolbar towards the right of the screen.
Step 2: Ensure you are using your individual account
To ensure you are using your individual account within the MarketPlace, look in the black toolbar in the upper right-hand corner, and verify you see your name. If so, skip this step.
If you see anything else (such as your Market Center Name or Team Name, if you are on one), you will want to click on it, and in the drop-down select your name.
Step 3: Search for "dotloop" in the top right
Use the search bar in the top right to search for "dotloop."
Step 4: Hover over the dotloop tile and click Buy Now
When you see the search results, hover over the dotloop tile. From there you can click on Buy Now.
Step 5: Click Continue
Click Continue.
NOTE: The dotloop app through Command is free.
Step 6: Agree to the terms and place order
Use the checkbox to agree to the terms then click on Place Order.
Step 7: Click Go to MyApps
In the bottom right, click on Go to MyApps.
Step 8: Click on the dotloop tile
Click on the dotloop tile in your applications.
Step 9: Click on Connect Account
Click on Connect Account on the right.
Step 10: Enter dotloop credentials and Sign In
In order to connect your account, you will need to enter the email address and password for your dotloop account. You will then click on Sign In.
Note: This will be the email address that you receive dotloop email notifications. If you do not know what this is, open a new window and access your dotloop account however you have previously. Once in the account, hover over the top right-hand icon. In the dropdown, directly under your name and Member ID, choose My Account. You will automatically be taken to the Account Settings. In here you will see to the right Personal Information. Under your Last Name, you will see Email Address. This is the email address assigned to the account.
Step 11: Authorize Command
You now need to Approve KW Command to access all profiles within your dotloop account. To do so, you will select Approve.
Your dotloop account is now activated and connected to Command! You are now ready to create loops via Opportunities or Import Created loops from dotloop into Command.
