Once in Opportunities, click Create Opportunity at the top right of the page.
Step 3: Complete Opportunity Information
In the Create Opportunity pop-up, fill in the pertinent information and then click the Create Opportunity button.

Step 5: Start a Transaction
Under the horizontal bar of options, click on Start a Transaction.
Note: If you have dotloop and DocuSign activated for Command, you will need to FIRST choose dotloop in the dropdown to the right of Start a Transaction and THEN click on Start a Transaction.
Step 6: Select Loop Template
If you see a pop-up that says Dotloop – Start Transaction, then you need to select the applicable Template for your transaction. If you do not see this pop-up, move on to Step 7. Once you select the Template, click on “Choose Dotloop Template.”
Step 7: Go to Transaction
You now have the ability to access the loop by clicking on Go to Transaction. From here you can move forward with your transaction as needed!
Syncing a document in dotloop to an opportunity
NOTE: The loop would need to have been created via an Opportunity. If the Opportunity was created independent of an existing loop, you would need to download and then upload the document(s). If you have a loop that you need in Command, do not manually create the Opportunity, instead follow the steps listed here: Importing Completed Loops into Command
Step 1: Access the documents section within the opportunity created in Command
In the horizontal bar of options at the top of the page click on Documents.
Step 2: Choose the pertinent Folder Checklist
On the left, click the dropdown section to choose the pertinent folder checklist based on your transaction.
NOTE: Checklists are customized by each Market Center.
Step 3: Click Select to upload a document into the task
Once you see the list of documents to the right of the selected folder, find the document name you need to sync in from dotloop by using the select dropdown. You will need to do this for each document file that you need to submit for compliance. Once all the documents have been uploaded you can now submit to your Market Center for compliance review.
