NRT and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerages have teamed up with dotloop to help make your transaction experience as efficient as possible. Dotloop is the ONLY preferred vendor for transaction management for NRT/CBRB and we're always looking for ways to create a better experience for you! Connecting your Desk and dotloop Accounts for Easier Logins
You can easily connect dotloop through your Desk account so you will automatically be logged into dotloop with the click of a button. No need to remember your login credentials or your password anymore! The dotloop icon should appear on your home screen.
Since agents/staff can move the widgets around, everyone’s Desk dashboard is going to appear differently. If you do not see the dotloop widget on your dashboard, you can click on the My Apps grid at the top right and select from the list of apps available.
To connect your dotloop account, click on the dotloop icon. You will be asked to log into your dotloop account the first time and then, this information will always be saved to your Desk account. If you do not have a dotloop account, you can easily create one for free with your name and email address. Then, if your office uses dotloop, you will be added to their account. This will give you access to all of the correct forms and templates to easily fill out your contracts and get signatures from your clients. (image attached.) If your office does not use dotloop, you can upload the forms yourself or connect to your association to access them.
Sending Document to Transaction Manager from dotloop
Once your documents are complete, you can submit documents to Transaction Manager from dotloop anytime with a click of a button. This will send one large PDF of all of the documents you have checked off to Inbox for approval.
If you use a Premium dotloop account, the Send to Trx Mgr button will appear next to your Share button. If your entire office uses dotloop Dashboard, then you will instead click Submit for Review and your admin will approve the documents and then send them to Transaction Manager.
Once a document is uploaded, all documents will have a note attached to them confirming that they have been Sent to Transaction Manager.
In case there is still any confusion, you can also track these steps in the activity log at any time to confirm what has already been sent to Transaction Manager and what hasn't.
In order to view your transactions within Transaction Manager, log into Transaction Manager. Your loops will appear here!
You can also view your individual documents by clicking Documents.
What if I don't have a brand ID, which connects me to dotloop and Transaction Manager?
- If a brand ID is not connected to your account, you will see the error message below. This is a simply fix! Just contact our support department and they will get you connected quickly!
- Email support@dotloop.com or if you have a premium account, call 888-dotloop
- However, if you're attached to the wrong office, NRT/CBRB will have to request this change. Please email the NRT Help Desk at support@realogy.com and request the change.
What if my documents are not showing up in the right Inbox folder?
- You're probably attached to the wrong office or the brand ID is incorrect. Again, just contact NRT/CBRB will have to request this change. Please email the NRT Help Desk at support@realogy.com and request the change.
