As a dotloop user, you have full control over your Premium subscription, right from your account! In this guide we will show you where you can manage your subscription.
Have you just joined a brokerage or team that provides Premium? Need to manage your current subscription? If yes, then follow these easy steps!
NOTE: Before continuing, we would like to point out that in the case of cancellation of your Premium services, your account will be downgraded to a Freemium status. With this downgrade, we would like to show you to great features available only with our Premium offering:
- Unlimited loop creation
- Unlimited loop contributors (Freemium users can only add people up to 90 days after loop creation)
- VIP phone support
- Task templates
- Add to team
Login to your dotloop account and click on your picture (or blue circle with your initials) in the top right corner of the screen and select My Account.
Select UPGRADE from the left menu and click the blue CANCEL link to the right of the menu.
Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION at the bottom left corner of the pop-up window.
If you wish to update the payment method on your account, you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting a payment update link to be sent to you.
