Inside a loop, you have the ability to quickly drag and drop documents to reorder them between and within folders for easy organizing.

Hovering your mouse over a document, you will see your mouse pointer turn into a 4-way arrow. Once you see this, left-click and hold your mouse button to initiate the document for dragging.

While holding down your mouse button, drag the document to the destination spot or folder. You will see a highlighted area designating a new opening in the folder. Release the mouse button to drop the document into the highlighted space.
Note: make sure to not drop a document on top of another document, as this will replace that document. When on top of the document you will see it say “Replace Document With” to know you are about to replace a document in this case.

Dragging and dropping a document to a new folder will not be logged in the Activity Log at this time. Also, the status to the left of the document will change to PDF if it has been moved to a different folder.

If the document is a Required document, the word PDF will appear in bold.

If you have submitted a folder for review to your office, and move one of those submitted documents to another folder, then the document will no longer be submitted. This will require you to submit the folder for review again.
