I am an agent, how do I join my team?
To join a team you will need to provide the admin of your team with your email address. They will then be able to add you to the team. Once added you will receive a notice on your account that you were added to the team and will be presented with the option to either add the team to an existing profile or create a new profile.

As an admin, how do I receive notifications for my agents activity?
Within you MY ACCOUNT section you will see an area labeled PROFILES. Here you will see the names of all your agents within your team. Click on an agent's name and you will see the EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS for that agent. Each option check marked will provide you with an email whenever that agent receives and email of the same type.

How do I add people to my team?
To add a new agent to your team, first have your admin profile selected and go to the people section (the middle icon at the top right of your account). Once here, select your team name on the left (below your contacts). Next, click on the +ADD PERSON button and enter in your agents information!

I was just added to a team, how do I add the team to my existing brokerage profile?
When you are added to a team you will be prompted with two options. You can either create a new profile to add the team to, or add it to an existing profile. To add it to an existing profile, select the profile connected to your office.

How do I make forms available to my team?
As a team admin, you have the ability to create document orders right from your templates section! Open your docspot folder, upload the PDF's and on the top right, click the dropdown menu and select REQUEST DOCUMENTS TO BE SET UP.

How do I act on behalf of my agents?
To complete an action on behalf of your agent, first navigate to your profile icon (the circular icon at the top right, which will contain your profile picture or initials) and select the name of the agent you wish to act as. You will now be taken to their loops where you can complete actions on their behalf!

How do I add my team logo to dotloop?
To customize your team logo on your account, as well as your agents accounts, navigate to your profile icon (the circular icon at the top right, which will contain your profile picture or initials) and select MY ACCOUNT. On the left, under the PROFILES tab, click on your admin profile. You will now see on the right the ability to add a logo, as well as customize the colors of your team's dotloop!
