What is the app for/What devices can I use it on?

How do I get the app?
You can download the app by going to the Google Play store and searching for dotloop(or clicking the image above!).
Can my clients use the app?
Yes! The mobile app is free to use for all users and all account types, but will require your clients to sign up for an account.
What version of Android OS do I need?
We recommend that users download the latest version of the Android OS.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The app is available to all users, and signing up for a new account follows the same process as signing up on the desktop site. We provide users with a limited amount of free loops to get a better feel for the system, but at their own pace.
Why are features missing?
We believe that you should be able to use dotloop wherever you go. So we have ensured that the mobile app does the vast majority of what the desktop app does. You can prepare and share documents for signature. That being said there may be a few features that still require desktop access. Over time we will use your feedback to determine what additional mobile features to build.
How often do you release to new users?
dotloop takes into consideration user demand and in-app experience and releases to users accordingly.
Do I need internet access?
Yes, the dotloop app is only accessible through a WiFi connection or via your devices 3G or 4G connection.

Visit support.dotloop.com from any device and navigate to the appropriate mobile app support article section.
Does the app cost money?
No! The dotloop app is available free of charge, however, to access premium features after your trial you will need to purchase a premium subscription.
Can I access documents from other apps on my device?
Many applications allow you to open PDFs in dotloop. When you are within a loop and choose to add a document, choose the option Add from device and the app will present you with every compatible app on your device that can pull documents into dotloop. Alternatively, many apps also allow you to share PDF's directly into dotloop!
What happens if I downgrade?
You will always have access to your loops and the use of the app, however, you will no longer have access to the premium features available in the app.
Does the people section integrate with the contacts in my phone/do tasks integrate to my calendar?
The app does not currently integrate with your calendar or contacts, but dotloop is constantly innovating.
How do I change profiles?
From the left hand menu select your current profile located towards the top. Next, select the profile you would like to switch to from the list of available profiles.
How do I edit my notifications?
From the left hand menu after clicking the 3 bar icon on the top left, select settings. Under settings, select which notifications you would like to receive. You will be notified via push notifications through your mobile device, as well as email.
How do I submit for review?
Currently this function is not available on the dotloop Android app, but the mobile web version is optimized for Android browsers!
How do I add a picture to my loop?

Where do I find my upload via email address in the app?
From within a loop, choose to add a document. Select the option Add from email. You will now be provided with an email address in which you can send your documents to.
