Within your dotloop account is a viewable audit trail of every action completed by you and those you are working with in each loop. This log allows you to see when you've shared documents, when your clients have signed documents, when fields were modified, and so much more!
To navigate to the activity log first tap on the profile icon.
Next, select the Settings icon.
Within this page you will see where your Activity Log. Tap here to continue.
The Activity Log page will now display all the activity on your entire account, listed in chronological order. Here you can see the loop you were working on, as well as the documents. We can also change the date range to view activity from a certain period of time. Tap on the arrow at the top of the page.
You can select to view activity from the last 7 days, or the last 30 days. Alternatively, you can select a custom date range. Let's tap on that to take a further look.
On the Custom range page there are two options to select. Add start date and Add end date. These two options will let us select the date range we wish to view activity from. It's worth nothing though that the range can only be a maximum of 30 days.
When selecting a date, you will select the month, day, and year. Once selected, tap DONE.
I this example I've selected the same date for both options. This will only show me activity from that day. Once ready to return to the activity log, just simply tap the back arrow and you will be shown activity from the date range specified!
