Within a loop you have the ability to add in new contacts, as well as edit existing contacts. There are a few ways to accomplish adding in these new contacts to your loop, let's go over them.

Adding and editing contacts in the loop
Once you create a loop you can add and edit people in the loop.

Tap on the name of the loop to open the loop you need to add or edit contacts in.

To get to the people section of the loop, tap on People toward the top of your screen.

If you need to add a person, tap on the plus sign in the top right corner of the people section.

Type in the name and email address of the person you need to add. You will also need to tap on Select role and give this person a role.

To add this person, tap ‘Save’ in the top right corner.

If you need to edit a person you have already added to the loop you can tap on their name. Then you can add or edit the details of this person by tapping on their name, email address, role, phone number, and address. Tap ‘Save’ in the top right to save the edits.
Adding contacts during autofill
If you didn't add your people before you opened your documents, you can add them while you autofill.

Tap on the name of the loop to open the loop you need to add or edit contacts in.

To get to the document section of the loop, tap on Docs toward the top of your screen.

Tap on the name of the document to open the document and autofill.

To begin the autofill process, tap on Show me at the bottom of your screen.

The autofill process will include details like property address, financials, dates, etc. Swipe until you begin to see different roles at the top.

Once you see a role that you need to assign a person to tap on the overflow icon (three vertical dots) to the right of Select Assignee.

You can select a person that’s already been added to the loop or tap on Add Person.

Type in the name and email address of the person you need to add. You will also need to tap on Select role and give this person a role.

Repeat with each role that you need to assign or add a person to.

Once you have all of the people and details you need in the document, tap Autofill in the top right corner.
Adding contacts within a document
Another way to add a person to the loop is to add them while you're editing the document.

Tap on the name of the loop to open the loop you need to add or edit contacts in.

To get to the document section of the loop, tap on ‘Docs’ toward the top of your screen.

Tap on the name of the document to open the document. If you still need to add documents click here for those steps.


Tap on the signature or initial field you need to assign and then tap on Assign.

You can select a person that’s already been added to the loop or tap on Add Person.

Now this person that you added will appear in the list when you assign another field.
The last way to add a person to the loop is to add them while sharing.

Tap on the name of the loop to open the loop you need to add or edit contacts in.

To get to the document section of the loop, tap on Docs toward the top of your screen.

To share one document tap on Share Document to the right of the document in blue.

To share multiple documents tap on the empty circle on the document image. Once you have all of the documents selected tap on Share in the bottom right.

Tap on Add Person to add another person to share to.


Tap Save in the top right corner.
