From the dotloop app you can create and add documents to your own folders. You can also add documents to your loops while you're in templates or while you're in a loop.

From your loops homepage, tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.

Tap on Templates.

To add a new templates folder, tap on the plus sign in the top right corner.

Type in the name of your new folder. Folders that are created in your templates section are typically named after transaction types.

Once you name your folder, tap Done in the top right corner.

Tap on the overflow icon (three vertical dots) to the right of any document you need to add to your new folder.

Choose "Copy To" from the menu at the bottom.

To add this document to your new folder choose Templates.

Select the folder you want to copy this document to.
Note: You can only copy documents into folders that you create so you may not see all of your available folders in this list.

Tap on Save.
Repeat steps 1-10 to keep adding documents to your folder.

Tap on the overflow icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the document to remove it from a folder, rename the document, or make a copy.
For folders you can tap on the overflow icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the folder to remove or rename.

From your loops homepage, tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.

Tap on Templates.

Tap on the overflow icon (three vertical dots) to the right of any document you need to add to your new folder.

Choose "Copy To" from the menu at the bottom.

You can copy this document to an existing loop or create a new loop.
If you choose to copy to an existing loop you will be able to search through your loops, select the loop, and select the folder within the loop.
If you need to create a new loop then you will be prompted to name your new loop, select a loop template, and tap ‘Done’ to create your new loop and copy the document.
Note: The option to ‘Copy as Flat PDF’ will copy the document without any of its interactive fields.
