You can customize your loops homepage on the iOS app. The filters and sorting options you have selected on the app will be different from the selections you have on the web version.

These are tasks that are specific to one loop.

Tap on the name of the loop that you need to open.

Tap on Tasks at the top, all the way to the right.

To add a new task list tap on the plus sign to the right of “Tasks”.
Note: Depending on if you applied a loop template or not to create the loop you may already have tasks in your loop.

New Task List - To create a new task list for this loop choose this option. This option will allow you to name your task list, tap ‘Save’ in the top right, then you can add as many tasks as you need.

Load Task List - If you already have task templates created you can add them to the loop by choosing this option. Select the task template and then tap the ‘Load’ button at the bottom.

If you created a new task list or loaded a task list you can add tasks to the lists. Tap on “+ Add a task” to type out the task and then tap save.
Note: If your office, team, or company created a task list you may not be able to add additional tasks or delete tasks.

Now that you have tasks in the loop you can assign a task to a specific person and assign due dates.

Slide a task to the left to Edit or Delete the task.
Slide a task to the right to mark as Done.
These are tasks that are not related to one loop.

From your loops homepage, tap on Tasks in the bottom right.


Tap on the plus sign in the top right to add a new task. When you add a task at the global level it will not be tied to a loop.
Use the checkbox to the left of the task to mark the task as complete.
Tap on the overflow icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the task to assign the task, set a due date, edit the task, or remove it.
