Signing a document sent to you
Signing documents shared with you on the iOS mobile app is a quick and easy process. If you have the app installed and notifications enabled, you will receive a notification to sign the document or documents shared to you. Learn more about managing notifications here.

As stated above, if you have notifications enabled then you will receive a notification to sign the document.
If you are not utilizing notifications then you will need to open the app and locate the loop that the documents were shared to. A quick way to do this is to use the notification bell at the bottom of your screen.
Alternatively, you can open the email notification you received to view and complete the document.

At the bottom of your screen you will be asked if you would like to be guided through the signing process.
Choosing Yes will take you directly to the first field that needs to be filled.
Choosing No will allow you to fill and sign in the order that you would prefer.

Tap on a signature or initial field to begin signing.

You can draw your signature or use the type version to sign the document.

Once you have your signature and initials drawn or typed tap on Confirm in the top right corner.

Depending on how many fields need your signature or initials you may have more to tap on.

Tap Save to complete the document and it will be sent to the person requesting your signature.
If you are preparing a document in your account, and wish to sign it, you are able to do so directly from within the document while in the mobile app.
