This feature is available to Business+, Teams, and Premium users. For premium users, dotloop will display information subject to your account only, whereas with Business+ or Teams you have access to information from your entire brokerage. The role within the account setting must be listed as Realtor/Agent to have access to the Reporting tab.
You can view Reporting in your admin or agent profile.
Click on the reporting icon.
You will immediately see the total sales of your brokerage for the YEAR TO DATE when you access your reporting. Each month will be displayed along the bottom of the report, and you can view the purchase price of your transactions to the left.
All sales are color coded based on what loop status the transaction is in and in order to view the loops from a specific month simply click the bar that corresponds with that particular month.
Below the total sales report you will find another report displaying all of the loops created by your brokerage in the same time frame. On this report the bottom shows you each month and the left side indicates how many loops were created on that specific month. Just like the report above, the color of each bar corresponds with what loop status the transaction is in.
Note: In order for TOTAL SALES to be displayed in reporting, your agents will need to ensure that they are including the PURCHASE PRICE and the CLOSING DATE in the VIEW DETAILS section of their loops. Also, they MUST have a Transaction Type and Loop Status selected for each loop.
You can change the time frame of what each reporting in your REPORTING section displays or change what transactions are shown in the top right corner. Click your brokerage's name to the left of PEOPLE to change the office, team, or individuals transactions that are displayed by selecting an option from the dropdown menu. You can also change the time frame of loops in your reports by clicking to the right of TIME FRAME and choosing from the LAST 30 DAYS, LAST 60 DAYS, LAST 90 DAYS or YEAR TO DATE from the dropdown.
