Teams on dotloop allows you to manage your team as efficiently as possible. Your dotloop Teams dashboard is an administrative tool that hosts all of your team's transactions in one place. Tracking, storing, and maintaining your loops is simple and painless with the tools and features at your disposal on dotloop. Your Team dashboard account gives you a transparent seamless view of all the current transactions at your company as well as host all previous deals for storage.
As soon as you log into your dotloop account, after the purchase of your Teams account, you will be notified of your new Teams dashboard profile.
You can choose this new profile as your default profile, or simply click SKIP to not set this new profile as your default.
dotloop will now prompt you to add your team members.
Select the proper roles, add their first and last name, and finally add all the respective email addresses. You can type a custom message in the text field toward the bottom of the prompt. Anything you type in this text field will appear in the body of the email to the recipients, formatted the exact way you typed it.
note: It is important to add your admins in first with the role of Team Member and then make them admins so they have access to the team.
Clicking NEXT will send the email invitations.
After clicking NEXT, you will be prompted to set up the TEMPLATES section of your Team dashboard, this includes LOOP TEMPLATES, WORKFLOWS, and DOCUMENTS.
Click SETUP TEMPLATES to continue. You will immediately be taken to your Team dashboard TEMPLATES section.
