Your dotloop business plus is an administrative tool that hosts all of your company's transactions in one place. Tracking, storing, and maintaining your loops is simple and painless with the tools and features at your disposal on dotloop. Your business account gives you seamless and complete access to view all of the current transactions at your company as well as host all previous deals for storage.
With your dotloop business plus account you can access your separate Admin profile. This profile is different from standard agent accounts in that it provides more tools and functionality as well as oversight of all your company's deals.
Your admin profile includes specific tools and features that allow you to evaluate and facilitate all of your company's transactions. You and all other admin users in your company can view all loops created by agents within your brokerage. Each admin can customize which loops are displayed, in what order and in what review stage they are in on their specific admin profile.
By using the FILTER tool on your dotloop account you can choose to only view loops in specific review stages, statuses, or loops that you have added tags to. Click here for more information.
Implementing the use of filters will save you countless hours, allowing you to focus in on particular loops. When working with multiple admins you have the ability to delegate work amongst your admins to be responsible for loops in specific review stages, statuses, or tags.
The templates section of your account can be accessed by clicking the icon in the top right corner second furthest to the right.
In the templates section you have five sections listed on the left: DOCUMENTS, TASKS, CLAUSES, WORKFLOWS, LOOP TEMPLATES, and DOCUMENT LOGOS. By default you will be taken to the DOCUMENTS section. Near the bottom of your templates section you will see the WORKFLOWS section. By default you will have LISTING and BUYING workflows. With your business plus account you can add as many workflows as you wish. Click here for more information.
Customizing your workflows simplifies the review process, allowing dotloop to do the sorting and organizing for you. To learn more about workflows consult the correlating support article.
People Management makes adding and removing agents or admins to your office an extremely simple process. Navigate to the PEOPLE icon, in the center of the top right navigation, and you will see your brokerage tab listed on the left. Clicking this tab will display the offices attached. Alternatively, you may only see your office tab listed on the left, this is perfectly fine. Click here for more information.
