Within every loop is the compliance review notes center. This feature allows you to send a note to either a single person or groups of people in the loop. You can access your loop notes either from the loop, or within documents. Any notes you've sent during the sharing of a document will be recorded here as well.
Compliance review notes center

The compliance review notes center is your hub for all notes within a loop. Here, every note from within a document, within the loop, or sent during a share, is recorded. To access the compliance review notes center, click on the note icon to the far right of the loop name.

Here you can see any notes that have already been sent. All conversations are separated by tabs on the left side of this window. Clicking on a tab will show the conversation history with that person, or group of people.

From this screen, you can type and send a reply to the conversation chain you have chosen by typing in the text input box. To send the message click Send, or, if you have the option enabled, using the Enter/Return key on your keyboard will send messages.

To start a new note chain, click on New Note at the top. You will now be presented with everyone that is in the loop.

Select one, or multiple people by clicking the checkbox to the left of their name, and then type a note. To send the message click Send, or, if you have the option enabled, using the Enter/Return key on your keyboard will send messages.
Notes within a document

While inside a loop, you can access the notes of a specific document by clicking on the small gray message bubble icon to the right of the document name.

If you are currently in a document, under the More menu in the document toolbar, click on the Review Notes link from the dropdown menu.
You can view and send notes within the selected document. You can also see above each note what page of the specific document the note was sent from.
Reply to notes via email
If you have received an email notification regarding notes for a specific loop, open the email in your inbox.

Reply to the email, and type your message to the person who you received the notification from. Sending your message from will send that person an email, as well as record the message in the Notes of the loop.
