Users have the option to create a new loop after documents are emailed into the templates section of their account.
- Creating a loop with your upload email address
- Creating a loop after you have emailed yourself documents
Using the upload via email address unique to each profile in your account you or anyone else you share this email address with can send PDF documents via email to your account get your dotloop upload email address HERE. To make things easier you can create a new loop by typing "new loop: name of your loop" in the subject line and attaching the PDFs you would like in that loop. It's important to note, in order for this to work the "new loop" email must be sent from the same email your account is registered with to prevent spam.
Here I have created a new loop, titled "My loop" and sent one document to it all by emailing to my upload via email address with the subject "new loop: My loop" from here I have the option to view my new loop or submit it for review.
If you do not use the new loop subject line option you still have the choice to create a new loop from the confirmation email you receive after new documents are sent to your upload via email address.
Once submitted you will have the option to create a new loop or add to an existing loop.
If creating a new loop you will be prompted to name your new loop, just like creating a new loop from the MY LOOPS page.
After naming the loop you will have the option to immediately view the loop, or if everything is ready, submit the loop right there!
It's that simple! Sharing your upload via email address with a team member can speed up the submission process letting them quickly upload documents into your templates section allowing you to create a new loop on the fly.
