Copying documents can be useful to move a document from one loop to another. In some situations, you can copy documents into your Templates as well.


You have the option to copy the document as an interactive form or a flat PDF with no interactive fields.
A dotloop document is an exact copy of the document that will retain all of its information, signed fields, and interactive fields.
A flat PDF is taking all the information on the document and flattening it permanently on the document, almost like printing or scanning the document.
Click on the appropriate radio button option you wish to select.
Copy document To Templates

Selecting the To Templates button will open a new window. Either search for the folder you wish to add it to, or scroll through the list of available template folders. Select the folder you wish to copy the document to and click the Copy button. There is also an option to Create a Folder instead.
Copy document To Loop

Selecting the To Loop button will open a new window. Either search for the loop you wish to add it to, or scroll through the list of loops. Select the loop you wish to copy the document to. There is also an option to Create a Loop instead.

Once you click on the loop, a list of folders within the loop will appear below it. Choose the correct folder and click the Copy button.
