Your dotloop account includes an audit trail of every action completed by you and those you are working with. This log allows you to see when you've shared documents, when your clients have signed documents, when fields were modified, and all other activities within each loop. You can view the activity of your entire account, a certain loop, a specific document, and even a single field on a document.
Activity log

To access the Activity Log of your entire account, navigate to your Loops page, and click on the Activity Log link at the top of the page.

To open the Activity Log of a specific loop, open the loop, and click on the Activity Log link at the top of the page.

At the top of the Activity Log is the option to change the date range of activity displayed. By default, this will read Date Range: Last 7 Days. Clicking on this will allow you to choose between the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or select a custom 30 day date range.

The Activity Log organizes all actions on your account within your loops by date and time, as well as by loop. Within the Activity Log you can quickly access loops and documents that are highlighted (in blue in this example) by clicking on their name.
Document history

To view the activity of a specific document, click the overflow icon to the right of the document (within the loop) and select the Document History option.

To view the activity while within a document, click the Document History option from the More menu in the document toolbar.

The new window will show every version of the document, as well as all activity that happened in that version. Scroll through to view all activity. You also have the ability to click on the links to the right of each version to either View that specific version, or Download it to your computer.
Field history

To view the specific history of a field within a document, open the document and click on the field.

The Field History icon appears as a clock with an arrow and is located second last in the group of toolbar icons.

A new window will appear to show you all activity for that specific field.
