Your View Details page manages all of your important loop details. This page is where you can view and make changes to your loop name, and also here, you can add and modify all the loop information, as well as manage the people within your loop. This section is where documents pull information to use for autofill.
The first section of our view details allows us to manage our TRANSACTION TYPE and LOOP STATUS. The transaction type tells the loop what options to give for the rest of the details section, as well as what roles to present for your loop people. It is vital to select the proper choice here. The loop status is just a personal indication as to what stage of your transcation you are currently on. This is also what your loop filters look at to decide whether or not to hide your loop. It is a good habit to select these options immediately upon creating a loop.
In the LOOP NAME section we can choose how our loop's name displays. We can choose to use the property address(provided there is one in the section below), or type our own custom loop name.
Alternatively, clicking on the loop name above will allow you to edit the custom loop name as well!
The PEOPLE section allows you to add and edit people within a loop. You have the ability to ADD PERSON, change the role of a person, or EDIT a person's information.
Within the PROPERTY ADDRESS section we can type the address of the property we are working on. This information allows us to autofill it within documents that are set up to do so.
We also have the ability to search for a listing to link to. This is helpful if we are trying to link our loop to a listing agent's listing loop, or if our MLS provides the listing data!
Below the PROPERTY ADDRESS is the remaining sections for your listing's details. Here we will want to navigate down the page and fill out as much information as you can. This will allow all of this information to be autofilled into your documents. Remember, once you are done filling out the details to save!
