To merge two loops of the same deal or transaction begin by opening the VIEW DETAILS section of the loop you would like to merge into another.
For a complete overview of the VIEW DETAILS section, refer to the article HERE
At the bottom of the details page is the MERGE LOOP function. This allows you to combine two of your loops into one. As this is irreversible, we suggest to only utilize this function if you have created two of the same loop in error. To merge a loop, begin by clicking on the button.
Next select the destination loop to merge into.
It's important to note the once two loops are merged they cannot be separated. Only loops that are clearly part of the same deal should be merged.
Once merged you activity log, documents, people and messages will be merged into the destination loop you selected. The name and details of the merged loop will not be added to the destination loop.
In some circumstances you will not be able to merge two loops together, as it will disrupt the experience for others. If this is the case, simply copy the documents from one loop to the loop you wish to use, and archive the other loop.
