With the AccountTECH integration, users will pull information from their loops into their existing AccountTECH products to save you time with our automatic daily sync!
The integration will allow you to pull loop data from dotloop to sync with AccountTECH. This will be a seamless integration with either your TransactionPlan or AT2000 accounts.
Once your accounts are linked, syncing happens automatically once a day, at night. Data will be only pulled however from new loops, as well as loops that have been updated since your last sync.
Here are the fields that will be synced:

Syncronization process (via AccountTECH)
Once we have pulled all data from dotloop, we store that data in our systems using the following rules:
- If we do not find a match in our system based on MLS Number, we do not update any Property Transaction record in AccountTECH
- If we DO find a match in our system by MLS Number, we update the Property Transaction record in our system with the data coming from dotloop
- The data that gets updated into our system will need to go through the PROPERTY DATA EDIT APPROVAL Protocol available in Transaction Plan and depending on the settings of each client. With that in mind, the dotloop data might get auto-approved and get into TransactionPlan and AT2000 automatically or a client may require an OWNER user to approve the data before data synchronization is done
- Sometimes parties to the transaction may not already exist in AccountTECH. Based on the spelling of the company name in DotLoop, the company is added to AccountTECH and inserted into the Property Transaction record. This includes:
- Title/Escrow
- Mortgage
- Home Inspection
- Transaction Coordinator
- Seller Attorney
- Buyer Attorney
- Note for attorneys: if both the Attorney firm name (company name) and attorney name are available, they are both added to AccountTECH (as part of the attorney / vendor record )
Integrating with AccountTECH will require those with Business+ accounts to activate their API. This can be done by reaching out to your success manager. Once received, this key must be provided to AccountTECH.
