The Intellirent and dotloop integration allows you to quickly create loops from your applications, streamlining your rental process!
To begin, you'll want to first navigate to the settings drop down by your name and select dotloop.
Next, you’ll see three options. Click on the first option to link your dotloop account.
This will prompt you to sign into your dotloop account.
For the final step, we will want to Approve the integration. Select APPROVE at the bottom
We can now verify that the integration is active by visiting the dotloop section of your settings. Here, you can also disconnect the integration. Congratulations! You're now ready to start creating loops!
Now that we have our integration connected we can begin creating loops from our Intellirent applicant renter resume. First, navigate to your Applicants page and select your applicant.
From the Applicant Details page, we'll now click on the icon to access the applicant's Renter Resume.
Within the resume we will now see the LOOP IT™ button. Click on this button to begin creating your loop.
You will now be prompted to select which dotloop profile to place the loop in on your account. When selected, click NEXT.
On the next screen you will have two options. You can associate the contact with an existing loop in your dotloop profile, or create a new loop. If you wish to select an existing loop, click on the dropdown, select the loop, and click the Add to loop button. However, if you wish to create a new loop, click on the dotloop logo underneath the Click to Create Loop header.
If creating a new loop, choose the name of your loop, select a loop template (if applicable), and click Loop it. That's it! Your new loop will be waiting for you in dotloop!
