New Enhancements

Co-op agent feedback

• As we continue to make improvements for our Co-op agents that do not use dotloop, we have implemented a way for these co-op agents to provide us feedback so we can update and make the experience more user friendly.

Quick Fixes

Admin review: updated messaging capabilities

• When an admin submits for review on behalf of an agent, they were unable to utilize the messaging feature to message the agents during review. This will now be fixed, and admin's able to message the agent's during review under any circumstance.

Apostrophe's in placeholders

• We have identified and resolved an issue where apostrophe's were not displaying for placeholders.
