A task is a checklist of items that can help you stay organized and on time. With tasks, you can create an itemized to-do-list that will alert yourself and others when a certain task must be completed. Task lists can be created within a loop or in the Global Tasks section. The Global Tasks section of your account is a great way to quickly check on all of your loop tasks, as well as view and create non-loop specific tasks.
Loop tasks
Step 1: Tap on a loop to manage its loop tasks
From the loops homepage tap on the loop you need to open.
Step 2: Tap on the Tasks icon toward the top of the loop
Tap on the tasks icon, appearing as a grey checkbox icon at the top of the screen, to view the tasks section.
Step 3: Add, edit, or remove a task
Add a task - Tap on the blue circle in the bottom right corner to add an individual task or create a new task list.
Remove a task - If you need to remove a task you can tap on the trash icon all the way to the right of the task.
Edit a task - Tap on the pencil to edit an existing task. You can also tap on the due date and assignment underneath the task to edit that information.
Step 4: Tap on the box to the left of a task to check it as complete
Once you have completed a task you can check the box to the left
Global tasks
Step 1: Tap on the Tasks icon in the bottom right of your screen
