dotloop integrates with Premier Agent to help agents build a stronger online presence by facilitating and promoting their reviews and ratings.
Agents can also now create transaction loops directly from within the Premier Agent application, enabling a more seamless transition of contacts to transactions. As the transaction progresses seamlessly through dotloop, agents are able to transact, edit, eSign and close from dotloop’s single multipurpose platform.
For agents who are part of brokerages, the brokerage first needs to grant access to link their agents’ dotloop and Premier Agent accounts. Once the brokerage activates the Premier Agent integration, the agents will be notified that they have the option to link their Premier Agent profiles.
Agents who are not part of brokerages can also link their PA and dotloop accounts.
All agents have the option to link or unlink their accounts and opt out of sharing their data at any time.

What is this feature?
Dotloop’s Premier Agent integration empowers your agents to build a stronger online presence. Immediately after a transaction closes, agents can prompt a buyer or seller for a review, directly from dotloop.
But first, brokerages must activate the integration, thereby granting their agents access to link their accounts.
How can my brokerage access this feature?
By navigating to the APPS section of your account, My Account > Apps, you can choose to turn on the integration.
How do my agents link dotloop to their Premier Agent accounts?
Once you activate the integration, your agents will receive an email from dotloop that includes a hyperlink for agents to link their dotloop and Premier Agent accounts.
Alternatively, agents can link their Premier Agent and dotloop accounts through their dotloop account by visiting the My Account > Account Settings page.
Agents may also now link directly from within the PA App. From the Settings tab, click the link that reads “Link dotloop”
What if my agents don’t want to participate in this integration?
Your agents can turn off dotloop’s Premier Agent integration at any time by visiting the My Account > Account Settings page.

Why should I link my dotloop and Premier Agent accounts?
Linking your accounts makes it easy to request Zillow and Trulia client reviews directly from dotloop.
How do I link my dotloop and Premier Agent accounts?
You can link your accounts through your dotloop account by visiting the My Account > Account Settings page.
Scroll down and click the LINK YOUR ACCOUNT button under the PREMIER AGENT section.

How do I opt out of the PA App and dotloop integration?
You can opt out of sharing data with Zillow Group by logging into dotloop, then going to My Account > Premier Agent > Unlink Profiles.
What if I’m unable to link my dotloop and Premier Agent accounts?
The issue could be due to one of several scenarios:
- Your brokerage may not have opted into the program. They will need to activate the integration before you can link your accounts. See Broker FAQ above.
- You may not have a dotloop account. To create a dotloop account, click here.
- The email address you’re using for your PA App may not be matching the email address you use to log into your dotloop account. If so, try linking your accounts from within dotloop. Click here.
NEW! How do I create a loop within the Premier Agent application?
Once you have linked your Premier Agent and dotloop accounts, you can start creating loops within the Premier Agent application. After logging in, select a contact and navigate to the contact details page. Select the dotloop tab and start filling in loop details.
