With dotloop Promote, brokerages can create custom and interactive banners to display to agents not yet with your brokerage. This will help maximize your recruiting potential! With a few easy steps you can be on your way to recruiting new agents right from dotloop.
If you are interested in setting up dotloop Promote please reach out to your success manager to have it enabled on your account.
Once enabled, you will navigate to your account settings via the MY ACCOUNT link from your profile menu.
From here, click on your PROFILES tab, and select your admin profile from the list.
You will now see a new section labeled RECRUIT WITH DOTLOOP. Here is where you can set up your interactive banner. There are 5 areas to complete for the setup. We will need an image of the actual interactive banner that will appear to potential agents, a text alternative that will display in case the image does not load, the link that the interactive banner will direct the recipient to, the recruitment modal text that will appear as a pop-up modal for the recipient agent, and your contact email address to direct the recipient to.
We want to first upload your image. This image must be at least 600 pixels wide, and have no larger than a 4:1 length:height ratio. Once you are ready to upload your image, first click the ADD PHOTO button (step 1), then select the image from your computer (step 2), and lastly click Open (step 3). This will upload your image and display a preview of it here.
Now we will want to fill out the rest of the necessary information. First, the TEXT ALTERNATIVE section must be filled out. In some cases, if the image can not be displayed, we will instead display the text you have typed here. You have a 300 character limit to type here. After this is filled out, fill out your LINK as well. This will be the website the recipient will be directed to once they click on your banner. The link does require you to properly format the address so don't forget the http:// or https:// for your link! Next will be the RECRUITMENT MODAL TEXT where you will type out the body of the modal that will appear for the agent when you recruitment modal is displayed on the agent's dotloop account. Last, include your RECRUITMENT CONTACT for potential agent's to contact you at via email.
To preview how your recruitment modal will display on someone's account click the PREVIEW MODAL button and the modal will display.
Once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the SAVE button. That's it! Your interactive banner will now be active and start sharing!
Once your banner is set up and in place it will automatically begin sharing, when appropriate. These banners will be displayed on the share emails with anyone with an agent role.
Once an agent shares a document to another agent with an agent or transaction coordinator role, this will trigger the banner to display to the recipient agent.
Once something is shared to the recipient agent, they will receive a notification email from dotloop. This email is where your interactive banner will display.
