Note: The loop would need to have been created via an Opportunity. If the Opportunity was created independent of an existing loop, you would need to download and then upload the document(s). If you have a loop that you need in Command, do not manually create the Opportunity, instead follow the steps listed here: Importing Completed Loops into Command
Step 1: Click on the Opportunities Icon
On your Command homepage, click on Opportunities in the vertical bar of icons on the left.
Step 2: Access the Opportunity the document belongs to
The Opportunities are divided by Listings, Buyers, and Leases. Based off of what type of transaction this is, and what stage it is in, is where you can find the Opportunity. Once you see the Opportunity tile, click on the Opportunity name.
Step 3: Access the Documents section
In the horizontal bar of options at the top of the page, to the right of Details, click on Documents.
Step 4: Choose the pertinent Folder Checklist
In the left vertical list of folders, choose which category the document belongs in.
Step 5: Click on Add a File
Once you see the list of documents to the right of the selected folder, find the document name you need to sync in from dotloop. To the right of this item, choose + Add a File.
Step 6: Assign Document
In the Assign Document pop-up, select the Source of documents as Dotloop. Once the documents load that are in the loop, select the document that belongs in the file in the Opportunity. You will then click Assign. You will need to do this for each document file that you need to submit for compliance.
