Step 1: Click the MarketPlace icon
On the Command homepage, click the MarketPlace icon located in the top black toolbar towards the right of the screen.
Step 2: Ensure you are using your individual account
To ensure you are using your individual account within the MarketPlace, look in the black toolbar in the upper right-hand corner, and verify you see your name. If so, skip this step.
If you see anything else (such as your Market Center Name or Team Name, if you are on one), you will want to click on it, and in the drop-down select your name.
Step 3: Click on Transaction Management and then dotloop
Under Featured Applications, you will see a Categories section. Select Transaction Management, then click on the dotloop tile located to the right.
Step 4: Click on Activate
Towards the top left of your screen, you will see dotloop. To the right of this, you will see Activate. Click on the Activate button located to the right of the screen.
Step 5: Click on Go to MyApps
You will receive a confirmation pop-up stating dotloop has been added to your MyApps page. Once you see this, select Go To MyApps.
Step 6: Click on dotloop
Under Applications, click on the dotloop tile.
Step 7: Connect Account
Under Applications, to the right of dotloop, click on Connect Account.
Step 8: Enter dotloop credentials Sign In
In order to connect your account, you will need to enter the email address and password for your dotloop account. You will then click on Sign In.
Note: This will be the email address that you receive dotloop email notifications. If you do not know what this is, open a new window and access your dotloop account however you have previously. Once in the account, hover over the top right-hand icon. In the dropdown, directly under your name and Member ID, choose My Account. You will automatically be taken to the Account Settings. In here you will see to the right Personal Information. Under your Last Name, you will see Email Address. This is the email address assigned to the account.
Step 9: Authorize Command
You now need to Approve KW Command to access all profiles within your dotloop account. To do so, you will select Approve.
Your dotloop account is now activated and connected to Command! You are now ready to create loops via Opportunities or Import Created loops from dotloop into Command.
