With the new My Loops experience, creating a loop has become an easy, but extremely powerful, step-by-step process that will guide you through start to finish, giving you a jump start on your transaction, and save you time!
Let's start by navigating to the My Loops page, and clicking on the + Add Loop button to kick off the loop creation.
We will now be guided through our multi-step loop creation process.
In this first step we will be presented with a text field where we can either search to see if a listing exists that we can link to (more info on that HERE), or we can just name our loop. Once ready, click Continue at the bottom.
If your company or team provides or requires you to select a loop template during loop creation, this will be presented here (you will not see this step if they are not available to you, so no worries, just proceed to the next step!). To select a loop template, click on the dropdown list, select your loop template, and then click Continue to move to the next step.
During this step we can upload a photo of the property (to use as a loop identifier). This step is optional, but if you did link to an MLS listing that has provided a compatible photo to our RETS feed, one will already be uploaded here! Once ready, click Done.
We are now at the final stage of loop creation. We can get a jump start on the loop by selecting your loop Type, which is simply where you select the Transaction Type, and Loop Status. Once selected, more information may appear to fill out based on your choice (such as Sale or Rental Price). Also, if you have a Closing Date (or the relevant date to the Transaction Type) you can click in the circle to the right to choose the appropriate date. That's it! You can now make a choice at the bottom of the page to either go Back to My Loops, Create Another Loop, or View Loop. Happy looping!
