You can link your dotloop account with your ZAP account to give you an easy way to view all of your current transactions within ZAP at anytime.
Once your accounts are successfully linked, you can view your transactions or "loops" in two separate places. First, on the toolbar to the left, you can view them by clicking the "Quick Links" tab or the "Business" tab. Each link will take you directly to your transaction within dotloop.
The second place to view your loops is under the "Business" tab. Next, click "From dotloop" at the top and choose the loop you'd like to work in. You will then be taken directly to that transaction from ZAP.
By activating the "loop-it" integration within ZAP, you can begin a transaction or a "loop" directly from your contacts page. This loop will have all of the forms you need to complete the transaction already uploaded and filled out with the data held within ZAP. No need to type in the listing information multiple times once you've activated the data feed!
This will start the seamless data feed process. Follow the prompts to create your loop. When using the integration, you will be prompted to choose a loop template. Loop templates are set-up by your brokerage if they utilize the business dashboard and the template will include documents, people and tasks that will automatically be uploaded for every transaction, so you do not have to worry about leaving a required document or another team member out of the loop. If your brokerage has set-up loop templates within dotloop, those will show up here and you can pick whichever one fits your needs (i.e. listing template, buying template, leasing template, etc.) If you're an admin who would like to set-up loop templates to help save your agents a ton of time, click here. Can I utilize this integration if I do not have a dotloop account?
- If you click on the dotloop SSO or the Loop-It Button and do not have a dotloop account, you can still utilize the integrations without paying for an upgraded account. We have a free version of dotloop that allows you to create up to 10 transactions in our system, so the integrations can easily be used by all! All you have to do to sign-up is provide a name, role, and email address.
- However, if you are a free user, you will not have your forms set-up in your account. You will either need to upload your own forms or type in your NRDS ID number under "My Account" in order to get access to your association's forms.
