EXIT has chosen to partner with dotloop as its only premier Transaction Management platform and offers every associate a dotloop account for free! This includes digital signatures, online document editing, seamless sharing and secure storage accessible anytime you need. EXIT is the ONLY franchise to have this type of partnership with dotloop!
Your dotloop account will have EXIT colors and logos as well as give you an unlimited number of transactions within dotloop. All of this will be made accessible at no cost to you.
If you do not have your account set-up yet, please create a free account at www.dotloop.com. Then, email email@example.com with your name, email address, and brokerage’s name. Ask that they simply “EXITize” your dotloop account!
Linking your integration can be accomplished via the Loop It™ button, located in either your Properties or Contacts tab on your Resource Center home page. Let's go through the process by first clicking on your Properties tab.

Let's next click on a property.
Here, you will now see the Loop It™ button. Let's click on this to begin the linking process.
On the authorization page, click the Authorize button.
You will now be asked to sign in to your dotloop account if you are not currently signed in. Once signed in, choose to authorize and then that's it! You're all set!
Creating a transaction from a property
Once we have authorized the link between EXIT and dotloop, we can now begin creating loops from our properties. This process is as simple as it gets! As in the last step, navigate to your Properties tab, and select a property. Once in the property, click on the Loop It™ button at the top of the page. This will prompt the Property Loop window to open. We will select the Profile of our dotloop account we wish to create the transaction, set the name of the loop, select a transaction type and loop status, then hit Save. Your loop will now be created with all of the necessary documents filled out with the information held within Resource Center, which will eliminate errors and delete the need for duplicate entry. It's that simple! You've now created a transaction and it will be waiting for you in dotloop to begin work!
Creating a transaction from a contact
With this integration we are able to create a loop directly from one of our contacts! Let's first navigate to our Contacts section.
We'll now click on the contact we wish to create a loop for.
Once within the contact, click on the Loop It™ button at the top of the page. This will open the Contact Loop window where we can select which dotloop profile to create the loop in, then hit Save. It's that simple! You've now created a loop and it will be waiting for you in dotloop to begin work!
Accessing dotloop's Single Sign On
As EXIT’s premier transaction management program, you can access dotloop through Resource Center at any time without needing to log in! Simply log into Resource Center, click EXITize me, and then click “My Paperless Solution.” After connecting your dotloop account, you will no longer be asked to type in your credentials when accessing dotloop from Resource Center. This is just one more way we’re looking to make your life more efficient!
Q: Can I utilize this integration if I do not have a dotloop account?
A: If you click on the dotloop SSO or the Loop-It Button and do not have a dotloop account, you can still utilize the integrations without paying for an upgraded account. We have a free version of dotloop that allows you to create up to 10 transactions in our system, so the integrations can easily be used by all! All you have to do to sign-up is provide a name, role, and email address.
However, if you are a free user, you will not have your forms set-up in your account. You will need to type in your NRDS ID number under "My Account" in order to get access to your association's forms.
Q: Can I unlink my dotloop account and link a new account?
A: Yes! Simply follow these steps - Login>Name Drop Down>Settings & Preferences>dotloop Settings>Unlink dotloop.
Q: What exactly syncs, how often, is it two-way?
A: Data syncs one-way, coming from EXIT and feeding into dotloop to help you efficiently start a transaction and fill out your forms. For contacts, first and last name and for properties, address and the MLS ID will be passed along to dotloop. This happens one time when you hit the "loop-it" button.
