EXIT and dotloop have now teamed up to provide you a faster looping experience! With this new integration, EXIT agents are able to quickly and efficiently create loops directly from their Resource Center, via your Properties or Contacts.
Linking your integration can be accomplished via the Loop It™ button, located in either your Properties or Contacts tab on your Resource Center home page. Let's go through the process by first clicking on your Properties tab.

Let's next click on a property.
Here, you will now see the Loop It™ button. Let's click on this to begin the linking process.
On the authorization page, click the Authorize button.
You will now be asked to sign in to your dotloop account if you are not currently signed in. Once signed in, choose to authorize and then that's it! You're all set!
Once we have authorized the link between EXIT and dotloop, we can now begin creating loops from our properties. This process is as simple as it gets! As in the last step, navigate to your Properties tab, and select a property. Once in the property, click on the Loop It™ button at the top of the page. This will prompt the Property Loop window to open. We will select the Profile of our dotloop account we wish to create the loop, set the name of the loop, select a transaction type and loop status, then hit Save. It's that simple! You've now created a loop and it will be waiting for you in dotloop to begin work!
With this integration we are able to create a loop directly from one of our contacts! Let's first navigate to our Contacts section.
We'll now click on the contact we wish to create a loop for.
Once within the contact, click on the Loop It™ button at the top of the page. This will open the Contact Loop window where we can select which dotloop profile to create the loop in, then hit Save. It's that simple! You've now created a loop and it will be waiting for you in dotloop to begin work!
Q: What users can utilize the Loop It button?
A: Technically, anyone can click the button, but if they do not have a dotloop account, they'll have to create one. If they do not have a template set-up, they will have to upload their own forms and assign the text boxes to the appropriate category for the integration to work. The integration will work best for those users utilizing our broker dashboard since several steps will have already been completed for them.
Q: Can I unlink my dotloop account and link a new account?
A: Yes! Simply follow these steps - Login>Name Drop Down>Settings & Preferences>dotloop Settings>Unlink dotloop.
