Loop management within the dotloop Android mobile app is a powerful tool to allow you to manage your loops and customize them to view in a way that suits your own personal needs.
You may notice now that each loop has a designated color icon to its left. These colors represent the type of loop for you to see at a glance!
The mobile app dotloop allows you to sort the loops displayed to your liking. With this, you can choose to display up to 3 points of data for each loop, as well as customize each of these! To do so click on the icon at the top right, as shown below.
On this screen we will see the ability to show the loop customizer, sort, as well as filter loops. You'll see the first option, that states Show me loop name +. What this means is that on your main loops page, we will display the name of the loop, as well as any other options (up to 3) below the loop name. For example, right now our loops will show the loop name, with the Transaction Type and Loop Status below it. To the right of each option you can remove an option by tapping the minus (-) symbol, or add additional options by tapping the plus (+) symbol. Let's tap the (+) symbol to add our 3rd option.
We will now be shown a pop up window, which will show us a list of options to Show with loop: for our 3rd option. Scroll through the list, and tap the one you wish to see.
You will now see we will display all of our loops with the name, followed by the Transaction Type, Loop Status, and Closing Date.
Below this, we have the option to Sort loops by:, which when tapped will give us our options to sort our loops.
If we want to filter our loops we can do so under the Filters section. Here we will see our options for filtering. You will see sections such as how to handle Archived loops, Review Stage, Loop Status, or Tags. The Loop Status section is where you will want to focus if you are an agent, whereas the Review Stage and Tags are ways that brokers and admins can sort loops for compliance.
Under each category you will see the filters you currently have active. To change these, simply tap the check to boxes for the filters you wish to see. When finished, tap Update Loop List to apply all of our settings.
We will now be taken back to our loops page, where we will see our loops have been re-ordered, filtered, and will now show the 3 options below the loop name we have chosen!
