Loop management within the dotloop iOS mobile app is a powerful tool to allow you to manage your loops and customize them to view in a way that suits your own personal needs. These tools allow you to select how your loops appear with the two view options, to utilize your filters to display only the loops you wish to see, to select how your loops are sorted, as well as see the activity and notifications on your account.
Within the dotloop mobile app, once logged in you will see a list of all your loops within your profile. At the top and bottom of the page you will see things like your profile icon, loop search, a loop creation icon, and navigation links. If you click on the three vertical dots to the right of a loop name you can quickly change the Loop Status of the loop.
The statuses that show will be dependent on you have pre-selected a transaction type for the loop.
Within the mobile app dotloop allows you to sort the loops displayed to your liking. To do so tap on the link at the top right labelled Sort.
You will see the following options: Default, Address, Last Updated, MLS Number, Purchase Price, Listed Date, Exp. Date, Closing Date, and Submitted Date. Choose the sorting option that you would like, and dotloop will automatically arrange your displayed loops. note: choosing the same option a second time will reverse the order in which the loops are sorted by.
Loop filters allow you to choose which loops should display on your loops page. The options displayed will be one of, or any combination of, these three options: Review Stage, Loop Status, or Tags. If you are an agent we suggest to only focus on the options listed in the Loop Status section, as the other options will only be utilized by your company's admins.
To modify the loop filters, first tap on the Filter link at the top left.
We will now be taken to a list of options, each separated by one of the three sections listed above. Here you will check, or un-check, each option you wish to display. Review Stage can be utilized as a way for office admins to filter loops based on the workflow stages they manage. Loop Status will allow you to only display loops based on the status you choose for your loops. Lastly, the Tags section is a great tool for admins who wish to create custom tags to filter loops by. If you wish to clear all your filter selections and display all of your loops, tap on the Reset option.
Once you have selected your appropriate filters, tap Apply at the top right of the screen.
